Keeping baby bottles clean is essential for your infant's health, especially in the first few months when their immune system is still developing. How Often to Sterilize and When to Stop
For healthy full-term babies, sterilize all bottles, nipples, and feeding equipment before first use and after every feeding until at least 3 months old. However, many parents continue sterilizing until 6 months or even longer for extra caution.
